Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, and the message you send us. That's it. We don't collect anything else.

What we don't collect

This site has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, and no third-party code. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, HubSpot, or any other marketing or advertising tools. We don't fingerprint your browser. We don't build profiles. There is nothing running in the background.

Because we don't use cookies, there's no cookie banner. Because we don't track you, there's no consent popup.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry. If there's a fit, we'll follow up to discuss your requirements. We won't add you to a mailing list, send you marketing emails, or share your details with anyone else.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your contact form submission is sent to [email protected]. It is not processed by any third-party CRM, marketing platform, or data broker. If we use a form delivery service (such as Formspree or Cloudflare Pages Functions), the data passes through that service to reach our inbox — we don't store data in any third-party system beyond email delivery.

Where your data is stored

Contact form submissions arrive in our email inbox. We don't maintain a separate database of enquiries. Emails are stored on our email provider's servers, which are subject to their own security and privacy controls.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as it's relevant to an active or potential engagement. If nothing comes of it, we delete the correspondence within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner — just email [email protected].

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of UK GDPR) — specifically, responding to a business enquiry that you initiated.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't notify you individually because we don't have your contact details unless you've submitted the form.
